RMA stands for Return Material Authorization, which means the exchange of goods that are returned as buyer's remorse.
Myung Information Technology is fully responsible for testing, repairing and packaging it on a per-unit basis, and doing business for returning the refurbished product to the customer.
We sometime lease the office at the request of the customer and welcome with our customer's brand and uniform.
We have already performed RMA business for many multinational companies such as Western Digital, Samsung Electronics, intermec, etc. We have know-how of customer service, logistics, customs and computer system.

Working Process
1. Collect defective unit from the customer
- Submit customer's order
- Issue RMA by MSFT Call Center
- Receive the order
- Korean Post
- Pick up the defective unit
- Arrive at Ochang EC
2. Shipping replacement to the customer
- Submit customer's shipping order
- Collect the replacement / Pack / Shipping
- Korean Post
- Proof of Delivery(POD)
- Proof of Delivery(POD) System Update
- Process transfer to Microsoft
